We take customer satisfaction very seriously. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your service, we would be happy to have you back in so that we may correct the issue. A re-do is scheduled exactly like regular appointments and will be provided at no additional cost as long as you call to schedule the re-do appointment within 72 hours of your original appointment. Re-dos will be scheduled within two weeks of your original appointment, with the same stylist who provided the service. On the rare occasion you feel that the stylist is unable to provide the service, an exception may be made. If a re-do appointment request is made after the 72 hour period following your original appointment or the change requested varies greatly from what was discussed between you and your stylist during your consultation at the beginning of your appointment, the appointment will be treated as a new service and will be charged as such.
Out of consideration to our stylists we ask that you give at least 24hr notice if you need to cancel a service.
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the full service you have scheduled and may have to reschedule the appointment to a different day.
