Ashley Melchior
Ashley has been at the salon since our doors opened and we are thrilled to have her! She is a very creative, artistic person who has made hair her art and her way of expressing herself. She chose hair styling because she wanted a profession where she could be around people and help them look and feel good about themselves.
Ashley enjoys all aspects of the business but is particularly passionate about hair color and she is well on her way to becoming a master colorist.
She has extensive advanced training with many companies...Aveda, Paul Mitchell, Joico, Alfaparf-Italy, Aquage, Redken, Toni & Guy, KMS, Bumble & bumble and Goldwell. She traveled in 2007 to Goldwell's TrendZoom, a high-end fashion, cutting and color show and, most recently, to California for an extensive cutting/coloring class with them.
In her spare time Ashley loves to shop, dance and golf and throws great parties for her friends and family, where she does all the cooking and decorating!
Ashley's favorite product is Bumble & bumble's Surf Spray.
